She heads up UIRC’s accounting department as Corporate Controller and is committed to training and mentoring junior accountants. Kim is well versed on all aspects of financial reporting, GAAP reporting, Fixed Asset recording, Construction & Cost Accounting and Cost Segregation. 

Skills include account reconciliation, accruals, year-end work papers for tax preparation, loan management, investor relations, cash management, and is responsible for coordinating with outside audit firm in the preparation of annual audits. Kim holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, is proficient on several accounting software programs including Great Plains, MRI, Skyline and all MS Office applications.
