Mr. Rutledge joined UIRC in 2008, after several years of sourcing capital for UIRC as a mortgage broker with Draper and Kramer. Prior to his time at Draper and Kramer, Mr. Rutledge was a manager at Charter Consulting, where he led consulting assignments at organizations such as CNA Insurance, BNP Paribas, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Mr. Rutledge also spent several years in Amsterdam with ABN AMRO Asset Management, where he served alongside ABN AMRO’s Country Managers on the Global Business Development Committee. Mr. Rutledge is a graduate of Miami University (Ohio).
