Eric joined the team in 1998 and has been responsible for redevelopment and management of UIRC and its affiliates’ properties since that time. This includes the integration of leasing, accounting, and project/property management. Eric has also assisted the company grow into the largest proprietors of GSA leased properties, and currently oversees the operation of the entire UIRC portfolio.
