As National Director of Facilities Management, Wendy works closely with Property Managers and Facilities Coordinator on maintaining vendor information in the CMMS and the improvement of processes and procedures.
By running the continuous education program and creating quarterly KPI reports for our property managers, Wendy ensures that our team is running at the best of our ability. Wendy oversees all vendor contracts, including assisting in securing national contracts, and works with GSA with tax appeals for our properties and reaching out to other GSA property owners, offering our facility services.
